1. Eligibility

This contest is open to individuals aged 18 and over from any country where the prize can be redeemed.
Participants must have an active Instagram account.
Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Vagabund, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To enter, you must:
– Follow the following Instagram accounts:

    – @kuoni_reisen
    – @vagabund_biel
    – @lokalbiel
– Visit Lokal restaurant in Biel and enjoy a Vagabund burger.
– Take a picture, share it on your Instagram story and mention @vagabund_biel.

3. Prizes

There are three prizes to be won:
– A culinary tour in Biel with an overnight stay at the Klosterhotel on St. Peter’s Island.
– A CHF 500 voucher valid at Kuoni Biel.
– One free Vagabund burger per week for one year.

4. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified via Instagram direct message.

5. Contest Period

The contest runs from Wednesday, May 28, 2025, to Wednesday, July 31, 2025.
Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

6. Winner Announcement

Winners will be announced on Vagabund's Instagram page and story no later than Saturday, August 3, 2025.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.

7. General Terms

– Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
– This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
– By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

8. Privacy

Personal data collected for the contest will be used solely for winner selection, announcement, and prize delivery.

9. Legal

This contest is subject to the laws of Biel, Switzerland. Legal recourse is excluded.
